Burnout to Resilience Coaching

Who it’s for:
Caregivers and patients experiencing stress, overwhelm, or physical symptoms related to burnout. If you feel 'worn out' mentally and physically, this program is designed to help you find relief and build resilience. Each session lasts 45 minutes.

Program Overview

Week 1

Stress in the Body

Learn how stress shows up physically. Guided body scan + daily body-map practice. First calming tool: grounding breath.

Week 2

Stress & Your Nervous System

Understand how chronic stress affects health. Practice: gentle release movement or breathing technique.

Week 3

Boundaries & Energy Leaks

Identify energy drains. Practice: create one 'micro-boundary' to protect your time and energy.

Week 4

Finding Meaning Again

Explore your story beyond caregiving or work. Practice: write/share one 'I am more than my role' statement.

Week 5

Tools for Renewal

Discover restorative practices (movement, art, journaling, nature). Build your personalized Resilience Toolkit.

Week 6

Integration & Next Steps

Review your progress. Create a 3-month resilience plan. Group reflection or closing practice.

Pricing

This coaching program is designed for caregivers and individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm, or physical symptoms associated with burnout. All sessions are 45 minutes long and provide education, practical exercises, and supportive reflection to help you restore your resilience.

Individual Coaching – scheduled at the client’s convenience

• One-on-one personalized sessions

• Tailored support for stress, burnout, and resilience

• Investment: $150 per 45-minute session

Group Coaching – Meet once a week on Webex

• Minimum of 6 participants

• AA-style circle format: sharing, reflection, grounding

• Connection and support through community

• Investment: $240 per person for full 6-week program
